My fondness for sharing and the satisfaction to bring a moment of pleasure to my hosts are the first reasons which drove me towards the art of cooking.

The traditional dishes that pay respect to my Guatemalan origin gave rhythm to all my youth; the strolls throughout the colored and perfumed farmers markets slowly brought me to understand that cooking was my destined profession that would lead me towards self-fulfillment. My permanent quest for novelty and the perpetual pursuit of my hosts satisfaction were going to become my motivation.

Every day, cooking contains its small dose of surprise and delight. Diverse journeys throughout France allowed me to discover “French Provence” and to fall in love with its cooking made with simplicity, yet sophistication. My strolls in the Nice countryside excited all of my senses and inspired me to create a natural, colorful and delicate style of cooking; a real enjoyment to the palate.

Today, I remain faithful to my Mediterranean love and to the authenticity of Southern French Cuisine.

Culinary honesty is my priority. My menus change seasonally according to the farmers market and my inspiration.

Whatever your event, I cook in your own house or rented place your meal. I will prepare, to your taste and budget your reception, breakfast, lunch, dinner or special event. I take a personal interest to my clients desires and I always available for consultation and details discussions. Also you can design your own menu or leave it completely or partly up to me. You can choose your kind of food, simple or sophisticate, please have a look at my pictures and contact me to organize with the best meal for your event. My cuisine is contemporary French or latin, full of colors and flavors, based on fresh, top quality products.
